Wedding Bells: Paper Crown Bridesmaids Dresses on 6 Real Girls

When I began the wedding planning process, one of the things that was very important in terms of picking my bridesmaids’ dresses was making sure that each of my friends felt comfortable in what she was wearing. Everyone’s body and style are different in everyday life. So, in my opinion, there’s no reason not to let your bridesmaids choose what feels most comfortable for them. When my dear friend and Paper Crown co-founder Maura and I set out to design our Paper Crown Bridesmaids line, we kept this idea in mind. That’s why we created different necklines, colors, styles, lengths—you name it—for our collection. And we’re still adding new styles every season!

Our bridesmaids line truly has a dress for everyone’s style and a whole range of body types. And today, I’m excited to show you how six bloggers have styled our bridesmaids dresses to flatter their figures. Think of it as a little guide on how to help your ‘maids choose the dress they love most. And remember, you can mix and match any of these styles together to create a stunning wedding party where everyone feels gorgeous in their own skin.

Without further ado, here’s how six gorgeous, real-life women styled our Paper Crown Bridesmaids dresses…

Jaclyn of My View In Heels wearing Paper Crown

Jaclyn of My View In Heels stands at 5’11” and wears our Tori Dress in “Pewter” beautifully. She can still wear heels with the dress, which is a major bonus for a bridesmaid who wants to wear fancy footwear on your big day. This style is flattering for your taller friends because it accentuates the waist and creates a long, lean silhouette. Shop for the Tori Dress by clicking here.

Paper Crown dresses for every body, including bridesmaids who are expecting

If one of your bridesmaids happen to be expecting when you plan your wedding, it’s important to help her find a dress that will allow her to feel comfortable and look her most beautiful on the day of your nuptials. The Natalie Dress from our bridesmaids line is the perfect style for accentuating a baby bump and creating a long silhouette. It comes with a self-tie sash to help your ‘maid get the perfect fit, but it can be worn without as well. Maria of Classified Chic looks breathtaking while modeling this style in “Cream,” one of our favorite colors of the entire collection. Emily of ShellChic’d stands at just 5’4”, making her the perfect petite model for our Breanna Dress. This style, modeled here in “Tote Basket”, has an empire waist, which allows for hemming without compromising the design of the dress. That means that your ‘maids of small stature can customize this dress to fit their bodies perfectly.
