MonaPink collection crafted using 100% recycled materials

Jewellery brand MonaPink will debut its asymmetric designs at this year’s IJL in September.

The first time exhibitor at IJL will be showcasing her single earring enamelled collection “Luminous”, aimed at people following the asymmetrical trend.

The collection, inspired by flowing lines and curved shapes of Art Nouveau, is handcrafted by brand founder Monika Kamycka.

The designer-maker works in an environmentally-friendly studio using 100% recycled Argentium silver combined with ancient plique-a-jour enamelling technique.

Kamycka uses almost exclusively Argentium silver which is a relatively new alloy, suitable for people with allergies or sensitive skin.

In line with her philosophy MonaPink’s green studio uses recycled metals, 100% renewable electricity, safer biodegradable chemicals and, wherever possible, lead-free enamels.

Kamycka says: “I believe we live in a beautiful world, but we often forget this as we rush through the day. I also believe we all have the power to live a beautiful life. That’s why I create pieces that give people this power, serving as timeless reminders of the beauty in the world and our own lives. By choosing to wear them people also become part of the ethically conscious consumer movement.”

MonaPink is exhibiting at IJL Olympia London at Stand R54 with products ranging from £497 to £1,795.
