Juicy gem drops dangled from the lobes of the models strutting down the catwalk during the Maison Martin Margiela Couture show in Paris this morning. Glass baubles of graded orange orbs and lime green shoulder dusters were the order of the day where asymmetrical silhouettes jostled for attention as we played spot the difference with mismatch earrings that played tricks on our eyes. We’ve learnt to expect the unexpected from a brand that turns tradition on its head and this season is no exception.
