Alber Elbaz never disappoints and last night in Paris was no different. The creative power house behind Lanvin’s latest AW2013 collection showed a striking display of neckwear that included layers of choker and mid length gold curb chain wrapped around the necklines of school girl chic models. Most noteworthy were the OTT signpost word pendants spelling out ‘Help’, ‘Love’, ‘Hot, ‘Cool” and ‘You’ representing what Elbaz refers to as ‘a statement of our time’. For me, the collection oozes glamour with an urban edge and I love it!
