The Class One Chaumet Paris offers three different ways to wear your watch

Launched in 1998 as the first bejewelled dive watch, Chaumet’s Class One is one of the French maison’s most enduring designs. Sporty and chic, the collection has grown over the years, with cases crafted in lightweight titanium, faces sparkling with colourful gemstones and models fitted with tourbillons, the pinnacle of high-end watchmaking.

Amongst all the innovations and complications, the Class One has always stayed true to its original style, something that Chaumet is returning to this year with the launch of the new Class One Chaumet Paris. A distillation of all the classic Class One features, the new models are presented with white lacquered dials, with or without diamonds. For the first time, each is engraved with Chaumet Paris around the stainless steel bezel – a bold declaration of style from the reverred Place Vendôme jeweller.

The finishing touch is a delightful surprise: each new Class One Chaumet Paris is presented with three interchangeable bracelets in steel, white rubber and black grosgrain satin. In just a few seconds, the new Class One Chaumet Paris switches from metropolitan to sporty to elegant – three very different looks for the woman who considers her watch an accessory, not just a means of telling the time.

To conincide with the launch of the latest Class One, Chaumet has launched a “Proud to be late” video, starring up-and-coming actress Alma Jodorowsky, which you can view by clicking on the link below.
